Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on pokarumi.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices and currency
Prices are set in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are converted for convenience; the amount charged is the US dollar price unless we agree otherwise on your invoice. Quantity-break prices apply to the quantity on a single order.
Orders and stock holds
Placing an order reserves the stock in your name for 48 hours while you pay. If payment is not received within that time, the order may be cancelled and the stock released. We may cancel an order if an item is listed at a clearly wrong price or turns out to be unavailable, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is $100 including shipping. Listings show each product's minimum quantity and case multiple.
Payment
Orders are paid by Bitcoin, ETH or USDT, Cash App or Apple Pay (US), UK bank transfer, or another method we agree with you, as listed on our payment methods page. Orders ship after payment has cleared.
Shipping, duties and risk
Orders ship tracked from Japan. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties, taxes and carrier fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Report damaged, wrong or missing items within 7 days of delivery, as set out on our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns
Returns are handled as described on our Shipping & Returns page.
Products
Sealed product is sold in its original factory packaging. Booster packs and boxes contain random cards; we make no promise about which cards any pack or box contains. Photos of single and graded cards show the item or a representative copy as stated on the listing.
Trademarks
Pokarumi is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or any other game publisher. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
