Do I need a wholesale account?

No. Prices, minimums and quantity breaks are open to everyone, collectors and stores alike.

Is everything authentic?

Yes. Sealed product ships in its original factory packaging. We do not deal in resealed, reprinted or counterfeit product.

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes. Orders ship tracked from Japan within 48 hours of payment: Standard takes 3–6 working days and costs $11 plus $8 per kg (about $31 for 6 booster boxes); Express takes 1–2 working days. Prices are in US dollars.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $2,000 in goods. Choose Express on those orders and you only pay the difference. See shipping rates.

Will I pay import duties in the US?

Possibly. US orders of any value can be charged import duty and carrier fees on delivery, because the US no longer applies the $800 duty-free allowance. They are the buyer's responsibility.

How long is stock held?

48 hours from when you place the order, while you pay.

What is the minimum order?

$100 including shipping. Sealed product usually has a minimum of 6 units in multiples of 6; singles, graded cards and accessories start at 1.

How can I pay?

Bitcoin with a QR code on your order page, ETH or USDT, Cash App or Apple Pay in the US, UK bank transfer, or another method by arrangement. See payment methods.

Do you sell English or Japanese cards?

Both, plus Chinese Pokémon products and other games such as Riftbound, Lorcana and One Piece.

Can I return an item?

Unopened sealed product can be returned if you contact us within 7 days of delivery and we agree the return. Damaged, wrong or missing items are on us. See returns and claims.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, free of charge before it ships. Email us with your order number.
