Pokémon card size and dimensions
A standard Pokémon card is 63 x 88 mm, which is about 2.5 x 3.5 inches (2.48 x 3.46 in exactly). It is roughly 0.3 mm thick with rounded corners. Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean Pokémon cards are all the same size, and it is the same "standard" size used by Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana and most sports cards.

Are Japanese Pokémon cards smaller?
No. Japanese Pokémon cards are the same 63 x 88 mm as English cards, so the same sleeves, toploaders and binders fit. The confusion comes from "Japanese size" sleeves, which are made for Yu-Gi-Oh! cards (59 x 86 mm) and are too narrow for Pokémon cards. Read more in Japanese vs English Pokémon cards.

Jumbo Pokémon cards
Jumbo cards are oversized promo cards made for display, not play. Their size varies from slightly larger than a normal card to around 6 x 8 inches and more, so they need oversized sleeves or display frames. A PSA slab is about 3.3 x 5.4 inches. If you want to protect slabs, use slab sleeves or bumpers sized for your grading company.
