Pokémon cards at Walmart
Walmart sells Pokémon booster packs, blisters, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins and collection boxes in store and on Walmart.com. Like Target, stores are usually restocked by a card vendor on a store-specific day, so restocks don't happen at the same time everywhere. Online, check who the seller is: many Pokémon listings on Walmart.com are third-party sellers charging above retail.
When does Walmart restock Pokémon cards?
- In store: a vendor typically restocks the card aisle once or twice a week on set days. Staff at the electronics or toy department can often tell you which day.
- Online: "Sold and shipped by Walmart" stock appears at retail price; marketplace sellers list year-round at higher prices.
How to avoid paying too much
- Filter Walmart.com results to items sold by Walmart.
- Compare the price per pack with a sealed booster box.
- Check reviews and photos for signs of resealed product.
